This film tells the tale of courage and love intimately linking two brothers during World War 2.

In occupied France, Maurice and Joseph are two young Jewish brothers left to their own devices.

They will demonstrate an incredible amount of cleverness, courage, and ingenuity to escape the enemy invasion and to try to reunite their family once again. A bag of Marbles is based on the autobiographical novel by French author Joseph Joffo. Translated into more than 18 languages, the book received a worldwide success.

Screening co-organised with Hong Kong Jewish Film Festival.
