Marvin ou la belle éducation

Reinventing Marvin

NB: TICKETING HANDLED BY RESPECTIVE VENUES

The queer coming-of-age story loosely inspired by «The End of Edddie » novel.

Martin Clément, born Marvin Bijou, ran away from his little town in les Vosges.

He ran away to escape his father’s tyranny and his mother’s resignation. He also ran away from intolerance and rejection and from all the violence he used to be exposed to, because he is “different”. Marvin becomes an actor. Despite all opposition, he will find some friends and allies: first, Madeleine Clement, who opened Marvin’s eyes to the theatre; then, Abel Pinto who will encourage him to tell his story on stage.
